Had a minor issue with my order, because apparently ordering online can’t ever be too simple. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. It took one extra email to sort everything out, but they fixed it without turning it into a whole ordeal, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a good experience

I ordered around a few bags of dried fruits and nuts from itsdelish.com, and everything tasted fresh. The packaging was sealed well, and nothing seemed old or stale. Shipping took about a little longer than I expected, but overall I was happy with it and would order again.

I had to return an item and was a little worried it might be a hassle, but they took care of it really quickly. The refund came through without any issues. Super grateful for how smooth they made the whole process.

I like that the kosher items are easy to find, and they have a lot of choices for different diets, which is a big help when I’m ordering for family and everyone eats differently. Shipping has been fine so far, and the dried fruit and nuts tasted fresh. I’m not totally ready to give up my old go-to, but I’d definitely order from here again.

I ordered a few spices and some dried fruit from itsdelish.com, and overall I was happy with what I got. The ingredients actually tasted fresh, not fake or overly processed, which I really appreciated.

The dried mango had a real fruit flavor and wasn’t overly sugary, and the spices smelled fresh and exactly like I expected. The packaging was simple, but it did the job fine.

I’m giving 4 stars because shipping took longer than I hoped, and when I tried checking in, I kind of felt ignored. That said, the food itself felt authentic, so I’d probably still order again...

The only thing that annoyed me a little was the shipping since it took a few days longer than I expected. I was kind of impatient waiting for it, then once it arrived I was back to being pleased with the order. Prices feel fair enough, and I’d probably order again.

I got some dried fruit and nuts from Its Delish the quality was solid. The bags were sealed well, which I always notice right away, and nothing had that stale smell you sometimes get. Also nice that it wasn’t just a bunch of crushed little bits at the bottom, because that’s annoying.

The only thing is one of the items was sweeter than I thought it would be, not bad, just kind of caught me off guard. Still tasted good though. Overall I’m happy with the order, the freshness was there, and I’d probably buy from them again.

I can’t even explain the relief of seeing good bulk size options. It sounds dramatic, but it feels like a small victory when you don’t have to keep reordering every five minutes. The bulk sizes are actually helpful and make stocking up way easier
